Notice of Share Certificate Submission

As resolved at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 11, 2025, the Company has decided to split its 5,000 won per share into ten 500 won per share. Therefore, shareholders holding existing share certificates are requested to submit their existing share certificates to the Company within one month from the date of this notice.
